General Fee Information
Payment Options
All lesson times are booked for a strict 30 minute period. To help manage this, we encourage you to make payment before the lesson, or to pay for bulk lessons as it saves administration time making EFTPOS payments at the front desk. We accept Cash, EFTPOS, or Direct Bank Transfer (we can receive bank transfers on the day of the lesson – please use student’s full name as the reference name).

Cancellation Policy
- Student or Parent/Guardian must give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
- Any missed lessons must be booked as a make-up lesson. Students have 14 days to arrange a make-up lesson with their teacher. Subject to teacher’s availabilities, a make-up lesson may be with a different teacher. Otherwise payment for the missed lesson will be required.
- If you have not attended lessons for 2 weeks in a row without any communication, we reserve the right to book a new student in your designated lesson time.
